One year I chased a runaway horse on my motorcycle down the back streets of the south-side.

War Horse


War Horse is made of kitchen sieves, dinner plates, venting ducts,and rusted tin fences.
The head is detatchable and wearable.
Tin chaps complete the horses legs.
Finished with giant chuncks of polished Lapis Lazuli and green Florite stones, this full size sculpture will be ready for a public debut,
spring 2011....

Alex attended the february Tucson Gem show and purchased Elk Strips, bleached jawbones, Senalite hearts, and chandelier crystals for his various projects...also a Buffalo Girl hide to join the " Dry Gulch" yard sculpture just finished for the center hall.
